One platform, four engines.
The park is designed to carry four uses at once: a solar-and-storage energy hub, a data-centre campus with natural water cooling, an industrial and logistics park, and a cogeneration option on the gas main.

- Data-centre campus. Dual-feed design target, natural on-site water for cooling.
- Industrial and logistics park. Road, rail and thermal utility at the boundary.

And the demand is already moving. Romania's data-centre market is projected to grow from 93 MW in 2026 to 232 MW by 2031, roughly 20 percent a year. Bucharest holds most of it. North-West Romania has none.
